Le festival offre un espace de pr\u00e9sentation de la richesse du couloir biologique Alexander Skutch et se concentre sur la production agricole, scientifique et universitaire, artistique et culturelle, ainsi que sur l\u2019abondance \u00e9cologique naturelle de cet endroit. Ce festival de deux jours permet aux artisans locaux d\u2019exposer et de vendre leurs produits, et aux artistes, musiciens et danseurs de la r\u00e9gion de se produire. C\u2019est un espace d\u2019\u00e9ducation artistique et environnementale, et, surtout, une occasion de consolider l\u2019identit\u00e9 de la communaut\u00e9 autour du couloir biologique d\u2019Alexander Skutch et du patrimoine l\u00e9gu\u00e9 par ce naturaliste et ornithologue renomm\u00e9 qui avait \u00e9lu domicile en ce lieu.
