Intervocal est un partenaire communautaire de Rencontres H\u00e9misph\u00e9riques qui est dirig\u00e9 par Tareke Ortiz, collaboratrice bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Mexico. Ce projet explore l\u2019h\u00e9ritage sonore de participants migrants gr\u00e2ce auxquels il est possible d\u2019enregistrer et d\u2019analyser des contextes o\u00f9 le son est l\u2019axe transversal. \u00c0 travers des ateliers d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation musicale, Intervocal d\u00e9veloppe une recherche sur les processus d\u2019identit\u00e9 migratoire qui se produisent non seulement entre le Mexique et les \u00c9tats-Unis, mais aussi \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale \u00e0 partir des routes migratoires les plus importantes du monde. <\/p>\n\n

Affili\u00e9 \u00e0 notre volet de recherche sur les mobilit\u00e9s, Migrar es Respirar<\/em> explore l\u2019importance de l\u2019interculturalit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le positionnement de la voix et l\u2019exploration musicale et sonore. En septembre 2021, une collaboration entre The Stop Shopping Choir (New York), le collectif Colivres de San Crist\u00f3bal de las Casas Chiapas, l\u2019Institut h\u00e9misph\u00e9rique et le vid\u00e9aste Xun Sero de Tzozil a produit une \u0153uvre chorale et une suite d\u2019actions. Migrar Es Respirar<\/em> a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place pour contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de \u00ab renversement de la conqu\u00eate \u00bb<\/a> promue par les zapatistes, dans laquelle une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du groupe a travers\u00e9 l\u2019oc\u00e9an Atlantique en bateau, du sud du Mexique \u00e0 la c\u00f4te espagnole, en passant par de nombreuses destinations europ\u00e9ennes, pour porter un message de d\u00e9colonisation et de lib\u00e9ration \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9picentre de la colonisation de l\u2019Am\u00e9rique par les Espagnols. Le 22 septembre 2021, \u00e0 Madrid, Virtual Assembly a accompagn\u00e9 la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation zapatiste jusqu\u2019aux portes du mus\u00e9e Reina Sof\u00eda pour exiger la d\u00e9colonisation du mus\u00e9e et de l\u2019Espagne. En pr\u00e9sence de nombreuses organisations militantes, les compositions chorales de Migrar es Respirar<\/em> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interpr\u00e9t\u00e9es en direct \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du mus\u00e9e par la chorale Stop Shopping. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
